Production delays

Due to a unexpected terminal diagnosis, I am now required for care, 24/7, this has a massive impact on production capacity, due to this I am only selling from stock. I will get to all emails as soon as I can however there is likely periods of communications delays

Delivery Q&A

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A1: Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

A2: Any and all orders will be sent as soon as possible from receipt of payment. For non-instant payments such as cheque, this is once it has cleared.

A3: Note the stock level when ordering, if any items are out of stock, we will hold the whole order until it can be sent it all together.

A4: Custom and Large orders may take longer than our standard orders to process.


Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A2: Our standard postage method is 2nd Class signed for, this takes 2 or 3 working days.


Q: Who will be delivering my order?

A1: We use royal mail & parcel force for almost all our orders.


Q: Do I get a tracking number?

A1: Due to the number of orders, we deal with we do not give tracking information as standard. If you need your tracking information please contact us via email at: info@cpcengineering.co.uk

Q: I haven't received my order?

A1: Check your emails, including the junk & spam folders, we may have tried contacting you about a delay or problem with your order.

A2: Contact us, let us know you have not received your order, we can then supply a tracking number, and look at further actions.

A3: As per royal mail's "compensation policy for lost items", we need to allow 10 working days from the date of dispatch before we can class the item as "lost", once 10 days have passed we can dispatch a replacement or look at a "refund/compensation".


Q: I need my order FAST can you help?

A1: Let us know and we can upgrade you to a faster delivery method, depending on the cost we may need to charge for this service. we also make sure to get your order dispached right away.


Q: My order has arrived damaged?

A1: We work very hard to make sure we have very good packaging on all our products. please supply us with photo's of the item(s) and packaging. We will look at all options including replacement, refund and compensation.
