Here you have one stainless steel dust cover sometimes referred to as a spacer or wheel bearing cap. Made from solid stainless steel as a direct replacement for the original part.

These will fit the following Norton models:
Commando 750 (1972-1973), Commando 850 (1973-1975), including Mk1A and Mk2A disc brake variants.
